YOUR DATA, IN CONTEXT
Privacy and cookies
This policy explains how we handle your data when you visit Sightflow or request early access. Analytics is optional and requires consent separate from the form.

Who handles your data
Talk IT is responsible for processing data from this website and form. You can contact us at info@sightflow.cloud.
Your request data
We collect your email, your company if you choose to provide it, the form language, the date of your request, your consent to be contacted and the version of the notice you accepted.
We also store the IP address used to make the request and the approximate country associated with that IP. The country is an estimate; the form does not collect your precise location, city or postal address.
Purpose and early access follow-up
We use this data to manage your interest and contact you about Sightflow early access. Contact is based on the consent you give by ticking the form’s checkbox; you can withdraw it at any time.
We review requests manually and reply by email to understand your use case and discuss early access. Replies are sent from the responsible person’s Gmail account. The form displays an on-screen confirmation and does not create a product account.
Your IP and approximate country provide geographic context for requests. The IP address also helps limit abusive submissions; we do not block countries. We do not store UTM parameters or the referring website in the request record.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket. The application and form run on Google Cloud. We use Cloudflare to manage the domain and deliver the website pages over HTTPS. Cloudflare processes the technical connection data needed for this, such as the IP address and requested page. The form sends your request directly to Google Cloud.
We use IPinfo Lite to estimate the country associated with the IP address. Only the IP address is sent to IPinfo for this lookup, not your email or company name.
Messages sent to info@sightflow.cloud are forwarded through Cloudflare to Google’s Gmail, where we manage correspondence. Google Analytics is used only if you accept analytics, as explained below.
How long we keep it
We will keep requests until the early access programme closes. At that point, Talk IT will manually review the records and delete those that are no longer needed. Requests are not automatically deleted.
You can ask us to delete your data or withdraw your consent earlier by writing to info@sightflow.cloud. Cookie preferences and analytics data have the specific retention periods described below.
Optional analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, clicks on calls to action, interactions with the demonstration and the steps of the form. This helps us understand how the website is used and where people encounter difficulties.
The events we configure include only controlled values for language, button placement, scenario and error category. Page addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments; only the origin of the referring website is sent. We do not send Analytics your email, company, form contents or request identifier.
Google Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and technical data to measure sessions and visits. Google receives the IP address when the connection is made and may derive geographic information. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising features.
User-level and event-level data retention in Analytics is set to two months. This setting does not limit the retention of standard aggregated reports. We do not link Analytics data to individual request records.
Cookies and changing your choice
Analytics relies on your consent. Before you accept, we do not load the Google Analytics tag or send measurements to that service. Rejecting analytics allows you to keep using the website and submit the form.
We store your acceptance or rejection for six months in this browser’s local storage, under the key sightflow.analytics-consent.v1. We use it to remember your choice. If you reject analytics, your choice is not sent to Google Analytics.
If you accept, Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies on our domain to distinguish browsers and maintain session state. Their maximum lifetime ends when your six-month preference expires, without automatic renewal when you visit the website.
You can open Cookie preferences in the footer of any page to change your choice. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Analytics cookies on our domain and reload the page to stop measurement. Withdrawal does not itself delete data already sent; you can contact info@sightflow.cloud to exercise your rights.
If you choose a light or dark theme, we store that preference in this browser under sightflow.theme.v1 until you change it or clear the site storage. This preference is not sent to Analytics.
Fonts are served from the website itself. Analytics consent is independent of the permission to contact you that you give in the form.
Google and international transfers
Using Google services may involve data processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its processing and applicable safeguards in the Google privacy policy and its international data transfer safeguards.
Managing your data
Write to info@sightflow.cloud to request access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or exercise your rights to object, restrict processing and data portability where applicable. To locate an early access request, include the email you used in the form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
